Lady Rainicorn is a secondary character in the show Adventure Time. She is a unicorn rainbow hybrid, and she is the love interest of Jake the Dog. Instamorph is a product we used in an instructables session, similar to "friendly plastic." It consists of plastic beads that you heat in water. Once heated, it takes on a silly-putty consistency. When it cools, it hardens into plastic. You can also re-heat and remold it. I bought a sizable jar of the stuff after the instructable night, but this will be my first project with it. |

My main project for the costume was a unicorn horn. There are many videos online on making a unicorn horn with polymer clays, but I used instamorph. Instamorph is a product we used in an instructables session, similar to "friendly plastic." It consists of plastic beads that you heat in water. Once heated, it takes on a silly-putty consistency. When it cools, it hardens into plastic. You can also re-heat and remold it. I bought a sizable jar of the stuff after the instructable night, but this will be my first project with it.
